Member Data Reporting Manager
We are looking for a skilled and forward-thinking Member Data Reporting Manager to lead a team of data analysts in delivering high-quality, automated reporting solutions and data-driven insights across defined benefit pension schemes. This role is key to driving efficiency, supporting strategic projects, and building scalable data applications that add measurable value to our business and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of data analysts, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Oversee delivery of business-as-usual reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Drive automation of manual reporting processes using tools like SQL, Python, and Databricks.
- Design scalable reporting systems to support long-term business growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for data-driven solutions.
- Build data applications that support decision-making and enhance client outcomes.
- Contribute to data governance and quality frameworks to ensure compliance and integrity.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Defined Benefit pensions data reporting and regulatory requirements.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
Person Specification
We’re seeking a data leader with deep expertise in pensions data management and reporting, particularly within defined benefit schemes. You’ll have strong technical skills in SQL, Python, and reporting automation, alongside excellent people management and stakeholder engagement abilities. Experience with IntelliPen, Databricks, and delivering client-facing data solutions is desirable, as is familiarity with data governance frameworks and regulatory reporting standards.
